About Us
The leadership of Eagles Eye Cooperative Society Ltd which is the parent society of the Eagles Wings Housing Co operative Society Ltd saw the need to empower it’s members through a housing scheme that could allow them to own a piece of land/house. The idea that was part of the Eagles Eye strategic plan gained momentum in 2014 and by October 2015, the housing society was registered. By the time of the general meeting of February 2015 we had a membership of 11.

1. Buy land for subdivision of plots to members and non-members.
2. Facilitate building of houses for members.
3. Diversify, recruit and retain membership.
4. Enhance capital base.
5. Provide land for Agri-Business.
6. Establish Eagle’s Wings properties – find land, build a facility(Eagle’s Plaza).
7. Build a strong, competitive and well driven staff/human capital.
8. Develop stable corporate social responsibilities (CSR).
9. Establish branches countrywide.
10 Invest in other organizations.
11. Product diversification. i.e. hotels, schools, transport, resorts, rental units, e.t.c
